MegaDeal sells through wholesale enquiries and may also operate on third-party marketplaces. The return terms that apply to a purchase are the terms provided for that specific order or marketplace transaction.
Wholesale and trade orders

Damaged, incorrect or faulty goods

Marketplace purchases
If you purchased from MegaDeal through a third-party marketplace, please use that marketplace's order and returns process so the correct transaction terms are applied.
